Cafeteria and Meal Arrangements

We have made adjustments to the seating plan in the cafeteria for students’ meals.

Grades 1-5 will have their lunch delivered to their classrooms to avoid congestion and comply with social distancing rules in the cafeteria.

Social distancing in the cafeteria will be strictly applied.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARENTS -  Please Notice:

The Ministry of Health (MOH) and the HCMC DOET have given strict protocols to be followed for the opening of schools.

  1. School gates open at 7.30am.   No access to school grounds before that time.
  2. No parents are allowed in the school grounds.
  3. Car drop off at Gate 1.
  4. Motorbike drop off at Gate 3..
  5. Please drop off your children and move on after dropping off your child. No gathering or groups of parents allowed outside of the school.
  6. All students who travel to school by bus will be dropped off at Gate 1.
  7. Students will be screened for body temperature before entering school. During school, students will be checked every two (2) hours. Their temperatures will be recorded.
  8. If students have over 37.5 degrees,  they will be placed in the school isolation room and their condition / symptoms monitored by the school nurse.      We will inform parents if this action is taken and ask for cooperation to take them home and  doctor.
  9. We are required to report all cases of fever / symptoms to the HCMC MOH.
  10. Parents are to supply a face mask for each student.    Some spare masks should also be placed in the student’s bag in case a face mask is lost.
  11. Students are required to wear their face masks at all times.
  12. Students are required to bring their own alcohol-based hand sanitizer.   The school will have hand sanitizer in every classroom.   Encouraging students to have their own is a healthy habit.

  14. We have made adjustments to students’ seating plans in classrooms to meet the social distancing requirements.
  15. We have two (2) isolation rooms. If needed,  our School Nurse, Nurse Xuan, has MOH, DOET and CISS protocols for the management of any student who may fall ill while at school. A priority in this protocol is communication with parents.

After School Playground Use.
